About the Minnesota Minx
The Minnesota Minx are a nonprofit women’s tackle football team competing in division 3 of the Women’s Football Alliance (WFA). It is the mission of the Minx to provide an inclusive, safe, accessible, and uplifting environment for womxn to develop, engage, and showcase their athletic, organizational, and leadership skills.
Duties and Responsibilities
The TM is the operations department of the team. Alongside the Board of Directors, they will help coordinate and manage pre-season planning and gameday logistics. They are responsible for communicating directly with necessary gameday vendors, scheduled opponents, referees, ATCs, etc. The TM should plan to attend as many board meetings, practices, games, and team events as they are able. They should be organized, have strong attention to detail, have experience planning and executing events, be familiar with the by-laws and policies and procedures of the WFA, and willing to create and maintain positive working relationships with all Minx partners, vendors, and community members. This role is directly supported by the President.
