Claire Romey
President
Claire Romey is thrilled to be returning to the Minnesota Minx for the 2026 Season as the Board President. Originally from the Twin Cities, she grew up playing sports such as basketball, swimming, and diving. While she tossed around a football with her brother as a child, her four years as a Minx player and three seasons as Minx Board Secretary is where Claire developed her passion for football. Claire has her Bachelor's degree in Anthrozoology from Carroll College and her Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. She currently works as an Executive Assistant at a law firm. In her spare time, she enjoys music, cooking, being outside, and spending time with her pets and loved ones. Claire is honored to be a part of the growth of the team as it continues to evolve for season to come.
Lynn Leiran
2025 - 2026 Vice President
Lynn Leiran is in her first year the the Vice President of the Minnesota Minx. She grew up in the northern suburbs playing co-ed softball, volleyball and basketball. Lynn challanged her leadership skills and took on being a first time soccer coach this past fall for her sons soccer team. During the week, she is working full time while providing for her children. On the weekends, you can find her in the kitchen cooking up something new or wherever there is bingo! While summer is her favorite time of the year, she enjoys all things Minnesota.
Alex Cook
2026 Secretary
A California native, Alex is a Minnesota transplant currently working in social work. They are a passionate activist looking to grow their involvement in underrepresented communities. Joining the Minx in their inaugural season, they enjoyed playing one year of football. Though they are disappointed to have to pause their football career due to injury, after two seasons of coaching, and a season away they've decided to rejoing the Minnesota Minx as the Board Secretary.

2026 Treasurer
The Treasurer is the finance & accounting department for the team. They are responsible for budgeting the income and expenses for the organization to ensure financial stability. They are accountable for depositing the income from dues, fundraisers, and sponsors. They are the main contact for the Minnesota Minx regarding financial, non-profit, and legal issues. The Treasurer should be familiar with finance and accounting methods and tools, especially MS Excel and Quickbooks. They should be attentive to detail and be judicious with the team’s funds. The Treasurer shall provide relevant financial reporting at each board meeting, will help to develop fundraising plans, and make financial information available to board members and the public.

Elizabeth Pfaff-Gordon
Coach Board Representative
Elizabeth "Bitz" Pfaff-Gordon has been a part of the Minnesota Minx for the past two season. Starting as a gameday assistant, she is now in her second year as a member of the Coaching Staff.
Bitz is looking forward to her third year, and being apart of the board as the coach representative.
Rachel Mudek
Player Board Representative
Rachel is a 2025 Minnesota Minx rookie. Her leadership skills and excitement for the team are what led to her election as the 2025 player board rep. Rachel is a veterinary technician. She has been married for twelve years and has three children. She also has two dogs and a cat. She enjoys reading, horseback riding, watching sports and playing sports- her favorites are football, soccer, volleyball. Rachel has completed five half marathons and is looking to do a marathon.She's always wanted to play football and now she has the opportunity.
Megan Ackerman
Board Chairperson
Megan is excited to be back for her 2nd season with the Minnesota Minx. While not being able to play this year, she is excited to be the Board Chairperson and a member of the Community Committee!
Professionally, Megan is a Veterinary Technician who currently works for a fantastic dog rescue. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending time with her husband, 4 cats and watching football.
